Job summary

Seapeak seeks a Warehouse Controller to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory and safe handling of materials in Bahrain. You will manage receipts, inspections, and stock counts while coordinating with supervisors and offshore teams when required.

You will also maintain NSE records, supervise forklift movements, and support purchasing processes. A driving license and strong English communication are essential for effective team leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree in logistics or related field.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse safety protocols.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and data analysis tools.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain logistics and transportation management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead a team.
• Holders a full clean Bahrain driving license.
• Proven reliability in similar warehouse roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tasks are carried out safely at all times.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy in NSE system.
• Receive, inspect, and reconcile incoming materials with POs; document discrepancies.
• Store and track surplus property; prepare property lists for surplus items.
• Maintain neat and orderly warehouse and records area.
• Resolve queries on receipts, deliveries, warranties, and surplus property.
• Lead other staff; supervise forklift operations for movement of goods.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and inspected for safety.
• Support purchasing as required and assist in delivering parts to sites.
• Perform duties as Logistics Officer when needed and participate in Emergency Response Team.
