Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Dar Kulaib. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Present menus and help customers make food and drink selections
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
• Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism
• Process customer payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and tables
• Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service

Requirements

• No previous experience required
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic fluency is a plus)
• Friendly personality with a strong customer service focus
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Location

This position is located at our restaurant in Dar Kulaib. While we do not offer accommodation, we are conveniently located near public transportation.
