We are currently hiring a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, creating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage of food and beverage items.
• Oversee the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control and revenue management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and POS systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
