Responsibilities include updating layouts with seasonal trends, coordinating with buying on product placement, maintaining stock levels, training staff, and analyzing sales data to improve presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a visual merchandiser or in a similar role
• Strong creative skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Knowledge of visual design principles and retail merchandising techniques
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator

Responsibilities

• Design and set up eye-catching displays to showcase our products
• Ensure that displays are regularly updated and reflect current promotions or seasonal trends
• Collaborate with the buying team to plan merchandise assortments and product placement
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to the store manager
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Train sales staff on how to effectively present products to customers
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies
