Job summary

Ernst & Young AE in Manama seeks a Valuations Senior Manager to lead valuations and modelling for major Oil & Gas clients. You will drive growth through solution positioning and contribute to client discussions with well-supported conclusions.

The role requires managing valuation projects, drafting reports, and presenting findings to clients and teams, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business.
• 7+ years of valuation experience with Oil & Gas/Energy clients, including significant Big 4 exposure.
• Experience managing valuation projects for M&A, Purchase Price Allocations (PPA), and Fair Valuations.
• Financial modeling skills, including building and reviewing models for energy businesses.
• Proven ability to write and own valuation reports for M&A and Financial Reporting.

Job description

Your key responsibilities

As a Valuations Senior Manager, you'll be working on large Oil and Gas clients delivering valuations and modelling projects to high standards. You will also be engaged in driving growth through business development and active solution positioning.

You'll perform valuations and modelling assignments, as well as being involved in drafting presentations and reports, formulating views, presenting conclusions to client and teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business.
• At least 7 years of valuation work experience with Oil and Gas/Energy clients with a significant part spent working at a Big 4.
• Experience managing valuation projects for M&A, Purchase Price Allocations, and Fair Valuations.
• Financial modeling skills, including building and reviewing models for Energy businesses.
• Proven ability to write and own valuation reports for M&A and Financial Reporting.

Ideally you ll also

• Have hunger to grow and develop professionally.
• Have valuation experience in a professional services/Big 4 firmand working with large clients.
• Have commercial drive and hunger for business development
• Made progress towards a CFA, CA, or other professional qualification.
