Job summary

Pugh and Miller Traders in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Transit Mixer Driver for UAE-style ready-mix operations. You will deliver concrete safely, maintain mixer condition, and follow dispatch instructions to meet site deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a UAE heavy vehicle license, 2–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of road networks, and the ability to coordinate with dispatch, QC, pump and site staff while adhering to safety rules and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license.
• 2–5 years UAE experience driving concrete mixer trucks.
• Experience in ready-mix concrete delivery preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and site delivery procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with dispatch, QC team, pump team, and site staff.
• Must follow delivery timing, safety rules, and company procedures.
• Basic knowledge of mixer truck cleaning, drum operation, water system, and daily vehicle checks.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple trips per day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ready‑mix concrete from plant to site safely and on time.
• Maintain concrete condition during transportation.
• Follow dispatch instructions and delivery notes.
• Clean mixer drum and chute after delivery.
• Report any vehicle issue, site delay, or delivery problem.
• Follow safety and traffic rules at all times.
