Job summary

VAM Systems is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for our Bahrain operations. The role focuses on delivering Level 1 IT support, installing and configuring devices and applications, and escalating unresolved issues to higher support levels.

You will also maintain support documentation and monitor recurring technical issues, reporting findings to improve service quality and response times.

Qualifications

• Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and applications.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
• Maintain support documentation and follow-up activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-line technical support to users in Bahrain.
• Set up and configure hardware and software as required.
• Escalate complex problems to Tier 2/3 with clear context.
• Keep technical docs up to date and track resolutions.
• Analyze patterns to identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
