LigaData, Inc. in Bahrain is seeking a technically minded support analyst to monitor and process data, analyze error trends and perform break-fix and operational tasks for real-time dashboards and reports.

You will work in a hybrid model, ensuring data integrity, availability and service delivery. Requirements include 1–2 years in technical support, SQL/database/Linux knowledge, familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools, and strong English communication.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency with SQL, databases and Linux-based systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems is required.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor platform components to ensure operations run as expected.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports and verify data quality.
• Perform data management and ingestion tasks to maintain data integrity.
• Troubleshoot data issues and production environment problems using logs and monitoring tools.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels to resolve issues.
• Manage tickets and escalations, coordinating with Level 2 when needed.
