Job summary

NASS Group & Corporation in Bahrain seeks a Sales Executive to develop and sustain strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, prepare quotations, and achieve sales targets. You will visit customers, perform market research, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely payments.

The role requires customer-focused individuals with strong communication and sales skills, preferably with experience in lubricants and spare parts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree must be recognized by Bahrain authorities.
• 2-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in automotive spare parts or related industry.
• Strong sales and business development skills required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused with ability to respond to customer needs.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and research new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and third parties to secure deals.
• Handle inquiries via email, fax and phone and provide quotations.
• Follow up on quotations and maintain records.
• Visit customers to understand requirements and propose suitable products.
• Deliver technical presentations and explain product features.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, calls, plans, and territory analysis.
