Job summary

KnowlegeBridge in Muharraq, Bahrain, is hiring a Junior Merchandiser to support planning, development and execution of merchandising strategies across our stores. This full-time role offers a salary of 1700$ per month.

You will work with suppliers, store teams and the visual merchandising group to optimize displays, inventory, pricing and product assortment. Freshers are welcome to apply and travel within the country may be required.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior retail/merchandising experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating merchandising plans to increase sales and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Work with suppliers to negotiate prices and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with visuals merchandising to ensure attractive displays in-store.
• Analyze sales data to inform product assortment and pricing strategies.
• Participate in store visits to ensure product availability and compliance.
• Assist in training new merchandisers on policies and procedures.
