Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail in Bahrain is seeking a Store Manager for Watsons to lead the store team, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure flawless in-store execution to drive sustainable sales and profits.

You will oversee P&L, KPIs, merchandising, stock availability, and loyalty programs, while developing people and maintaining brand standards. A minimum 5+ years in retail leadership and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in retail and team management within the beauty sector.
• Proficiency in retail operational skills, including stock management, visual merchandising, systems, and cash handling.
• Management skills focused on people development, alongside empathy, customer service, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and budget achievement at store level.
• Lead monthly category sales reviews with the team to improve strategies.
• Ensure 100% execution of programs and promotional effectiveness.
• Manage budgets including utilities, wrap supply, and staff costs.
• Monitor controllable expenses and shrinkage; uphold SOP compliance.
• Ensure stock availability and timely inventory adjustments.
• Drive loyalty programs and implement selling techniques to reach targets.
• Oversee planogram implementation and cashiering duties.
