Job summary

hudsonmanpower is urgently hiring an experienced Static Equipment Foreman for an oil & gas shutdown project in Manama, Bahrain. The foreman will supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of static equipment while ensuring compliance with quality standards and HSE requirements.

Candidates must have 5-8 years of relevant experience, a Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or related field, and strong leadership skills. The position requires effective manpower coordination and the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in static equipment works.
• Hands-on experience in erection, alignment, and maintenance of static equipment.
• Experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects.

Job description

We are urgently hiring an experienced Static Equipment Foreman for an oil & gas shutdown project. The role involves supervising and coordinating day‑to‑day site activities related to the installation, erection, maintenance, and repair of static equipment such as pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, columns, piping, and associated components.

The foreman will ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. The role requires effective manpower allocation, coordination with QA/QC inspectors and other disciplines, and regular reporting of daily progress.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: SAR 4,200 + FAT
• Duty Hours: 12 Hours / Day, 7 Days / Week
• Employment Type: Work Visit Visa

• Contract Duration: One Month

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or related trade
• 5–8 years of experience in static equipment works
