Job summary

hudsonmanpower is urgently hiring an experienced Rotary Equipment Foreman for an oil & gas shutdown project in Manama. The foreman will supervise rotating equipment maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have a diploma in mechanical engineering, 5-8 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills. This role involves 12-hour shifts and requires effective coordination with various teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance.
• Proven experience in shutdown or turnaround projects.
• Hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, gearboxes, and fans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all rotating equipment maintenance activities during shutdowns.
• Plan, organize, and execute shutdown jobs in line with approved schedules.
• Ensure compliance with PTW systems, HSE standards, and quality requirements.
