Job summary

hudsonmanpower is urgently hiring Mechanical Helpers for an oil & gas shutdown project in Bahrain. The role involves assisting technicians with mechanical maintenance tasks, including dismantling, cleaning, and installation of rotating equipment such as pumps and compressors.

This position requires basic mechanical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a team in industrial environments. The contract duration is one month with 12-hour working days, 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or industrial site work.
• Shutdown project experience is an added advantage.
• Physically fit for manual and site-based work.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and foremen in dismantling, cleaning, and maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Support safe execution of site activities by following job instructions and safety requirements.

Mechanical Helper

We are urgently hiring Mechanical Helpers for an oil & gas shutdown / turnaround project. The role involves assisting technicians and foremen in the dismantling, cleaning, assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment, especially rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, and gearboxes.

The helper will support safe and efficient execution of site activities by following job instructions, PTW/LOTO systems, and HSE requirements. This role is ideal for candidates with basic mechanical exposure and the ability to work in a shutdown environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: SAR 2,000 + FAT
• Duty Hours: 12 Hours / Day, 7 Days / Week

1. Basic education; mechanical trade exposure preferred
