Job summary

Confidential Company in Manama, Bahrain, seeks a DX air conditioning field engineer with strong planning, cost awareness, and client liaison skills to supervise day-to-day service operations. You will manage 25–30 service calls per day across eight technicians, monitor maintenance teams, plan annual maintenance contracts, prepare client databases and reports, and coordinate spare parts procurement.

Qualifications include a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with 3–7 years of DX experience;

Qualifications

• 5+ years field experience in DX air conditioning.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluency in English; Hindi & Arabic a plus.
• Ability to quote retrofit jobs and plan maintenance contracts.
• Strong reporting and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day service calls and breakdown calls.
• Monitor maintenance team and 8 technicians across projects.
• Plan AMC contracts and maintain client databases and reports.
• Prepare client quotations and reports.
• Identify spare parts and manage procurement.

Job description

Good knowledge of all type Dx air conditioning units mainly in ducted package, VRF, minisplit, window, etc. Should have minimum 5 years field experience. Able to quote all type of Dx retrofit jobs, monitor maintenance team, plan day‑to‑day service calls, breakdown calls, plan annual maintenance contracts, prepare client database reports, monitor technicians, foremen, and supervisors. Able to manage 25–30 calls per day with 8 teams of technicians and plan AMC contracts as convenient. Hand‑on experience with Dx air conditioning. Good knowledge to identify spare parts brand. Good knowledge of DX‑market for procurement of spare parts. Good communication skill, computer literacy is must, able to prepare report letters to client and quotations.
