The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an automotive service environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workshop

• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ascertain their automotive needs.
• Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance, explaining technical issues clearly.
• Prepare repair orders, ensuring accurate documentation of customer requests and vehicle information.
• Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to schedule and monitor repairs.
