Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Four to six years of experience in Retail or a similar role.
• Two years of managerial experience.
• Strong customer service and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to analyze sales and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and profitability.
• Greet customers and address needs and complaints per quality standards.
• Maintain licenses/certificates and ensure staff documents compliance.
• Manage receiving, inventory, cycle counts, transfers, shrinkage, and stock movements.
• Analyze sales data, monitor top-selling items, and plan replenishment needs.
• Prepare staff schedules based on budgeted hours and traffic.
• Log and update all commercial information on relevant platforms.
• Monitor the store budget and optimize costs within limits.
• Ensure the shop image meets brand standards and maintains cleanliness and displays.
• Develop KPI reports and provide insights on performance and inventory.
