Job summary

The Company in Bahrain seeks a technically proficient Sales Engineer to drive sales in waterproofing and construction sectors. You will develop client relationships, manage full sales cycles from enquiry to invoicing, and act as a technical advisor to clients across Bahrain.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, building a strong pipeline, conducting site visits, and presenting technical and commercial proposals while ensuring margins and project milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related Civil background.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals, or building materials.
• Solid technical understanding of waterproofing systems (below-grade, above-grade, roofing, wet areas, structural waterproofing).
• Familiarity with waterproofing standards and specifications (BS, ASTM, local Bahraini/GCC codes).
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the waterproofing and construction market in Bahrain.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct client visits, site surveys, and product presentations to architects, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
• Prepare and submit competitive technical and commercial proposals in a timely manner.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policy and margin requirements.
