Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tendering processes.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender reports.
• Conduct site visits and quantity verification for lump-sum tenders.
• Research labor, material, and production costs.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals using estimation software.
• Submit tenders and follow up with clients.
• Prepare project budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Coordinate cost reporting and project progress updates.
• Present estimates and cost analyses to clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain cost databases and pricing records.
• Support continuous improvement and quality standards.
