Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the Theme Park project from pre-construction through handover.
• Manage interfaces between ride suppliers, vendors, design consultants, infrastructure, MEP, architectural, landscape, and civil teams.
• Develop construction sequencing, logistics planning, and phased implementation for ride installations within the construction programme.
• Monitor schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely inputs for long-lead packages and systems.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and commercial impacts.
• Lead the hospitality component delivery after Theme Park completion.

Senior Project Manager – Theme Park & Hospitality Development

Location: Bahrain

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Theme Park Development from pre‑construction through completion and handover. Following the successful delivery of the Theme Park project, the role will transition to managing the associated Hospitality Development.

This position requires a highly capable project leader with proven experience delivering complex theme park and hospitality projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, specialist vendors, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the Theme Park project from pre‑construction through handover.
• Manage all interfaces between ride suppliers, specialist vendors, design consultants, infrastructure, MEP, architectural, landscape, and civil works teams.
• Develop and oversee construction sequencing, logistics planning, and phased implementation strategies to ensure seamless integration of ride installations within the overall construction programe.
• Monitor project schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely technical inputs for long‑lead packages and specialist systems.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver the highest standards of safety, quality, cost control, and programe performance.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on project progress, risks, key decisions, and commercial impacts.
• Lead the delivery of the hospitality component following completion of the Theme Park project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10-15 years of project management experience, including a proven track record in delivering major Theme Park projects.
• Strong understanding of ride systems, attractions, specialist installations, interface management, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of project planning, construction sequencing, logistics management, and programme delivery.
• Demonstrated experience managing international consultants, specialist suppliers, ride manufacturers, and EPC/Main Contractors.
• Proven experience in the delivery of hotel and hospitality developments.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage complex project environments.
• Experience with internationally recognized Theme Park developers, operators, or entertainment destinations will be highly advantageous.
