Job summary

Nass MEP in Bahrain seeks an experienced MEP Operations Manager to lead the delivery of multiple mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects from preconstruction through handover. You will ensure safety, on-time, on-budget execution and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of progressive MEP project execution experience.
• GCC region experience, Bahrain knowledge preferred.
• PMP certification or professional license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multiple MEP projects ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead coordination with clients, main contractors, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage detailed project plans, scopes, timelines and resource requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost controls.
• Support preconstruction, planning assumptions and execution strategies.
• Coordinate procurement of MEP materials and services with Supply Chain.
• Supervise project teams and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Review technical docs, shop drawings, BOQs and method statements.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and final project handover, with HSSE compliance.
