Job summary

Nass MEP is seeking an experienced MEP Operations Manager to lead and coordinate multiple mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects across Bahrain from preconstruction through handover. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and deep knowledge of MEP systems and local regulations.

The ideal candidate will manage client and contractor relationships, supervise engineers and site teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, with rigorous HSSE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required).
• Extensive experience managing MEP projects in the GCC region, especially Bahrain.
• Strong leadership, planning, budgeting, procurement, and risk-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multiple MEP projects in Bahrain from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare detailed project plans, scopes, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and manage project budgets with cost-control measures.
• Support preconstruction activities, technical coordination, and execution strategies.
• Review technical docs, shop drawings, BOQs, and method statements.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and risks, and implement corrective actions.
