Job summary

AHK Contracting in Bahrain is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee installation, testing, and commissioning for villas and high-rise buildings across multiple stages. You will interpret drawings on-site, coordinate with civil/structural teams, and ensure quality against engineering standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of site experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Excel tracking.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of site MEP Supervisor experience in villas or high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP testing and commissioning procedures.
• Ability to read MEP shop drawings and coordination layouts.
• Experience handling on-site MS Excel tracking sheets.
• Good command of English and Hindi, spoken and written.
• Strong site leadership and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP installation, testing, and commissioning on-site.
• Inspect daily site installations, manage punch/snag lists and QA.
• Interpret MEP shop drawings and cross-reference diagrams on-site.
• Coordinate services with civil/structural teams; review basic clashes.
• Supervise site labor, foremen, and subcontractors per method statements.
• Track daily workforce, equipment, and material logs; report to MEP Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with PTW systems and PPE safety rules.
