Job summary

Kinetic Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Service Engineer for their Bahrain office to install, maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites. You will lead technical support across the territory and nurture service revenue through maintenance, spare parts and service agreements.

The role requires 5+ years in field service within medical devices or life sciences, travel as needed, a valid driver’s license, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bahraini Nationals preferred due to nationalization requirements.
• Minimum 5 years’ field service experience in medical devices/healthcare/life sciences.
• Willingness to travel for on-site customer support.
• Driver's license required.
• Excellent Arabic and English fluency.
• Face-to-face interviews in Manama, Bahrain.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites.
• Lead technical support activities across an assigned territory.
• Resolve technical issues and customer complaints efficiently.
• Support service revenue through service agreements, preventive maintenance and spare parts.
• Coordinate installations, training and service resources.
• Maintain technical documentation, tools and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure equipment and tools are maintained and calibrated.
• Mentor and support Service Engineers with repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor service performance and support achievement of service targets.
