Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain invites applications for a Senior Technician (Kitchen Specialist) in the Engineering Department. You will maintain, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

You will organize work, monitor spares, update logs, and uphold safety standards, reporting unsafe conditions. A high school diploma is essential; a bachelor’s in engineering is desirable, with at least five years hospitality

Formación

• Essential - High School Diploma
• Desirable - A Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or any other relevant
• Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field within the hospitality industry

Responsabilidades

• Carry out maintenance of equipment where he works
• Order and replace correct spares of equipment
• Complete daily breakdown work orders
• Ensure working conditions and report unsafe conditions to seniors
• Organize work in a standard and professional manner
• Maintain safe and tidy work area
• Follow up critical spare parts for operational requirements
• Maintain logs of issues during the shift
• Maintain engineering area Safe and tidy conditions
• Attend guest complaints as well as complaints from other departments
