Job summary

Asmacs in Bahrain seeks an experienced Invoicer to compile final invoices for clients and detail project costs. You will closely align billing with the QEHS&S Manual and API Q1 standards, ensuring safe working practices are followed.

Collaborating with Project Managers and Engineers, you will monitor progress, capture variations, and prepare supporting documents for invoicing, while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Holder of a University/Technical Degree or equivalent.
• 5 years experience in Ship Repair experience and Management.
• Planning & organizing the work.
• Leadership Skills.
• Pro active and self motivated.
• Ability to deal with people at all levels.
• Time managed and confidential handling.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers to monitor project progress and capture variations.
• Attend tender review meetings pre- and post-submission when required.
• Perform site surveys to establish and quantify a scope of work.
• Document and archive tender correspondence and data.
• Prepare estimates for additional works and variations and hand over after project award.
• Update the Project Variation Order register, cost summaries and project invoices.
• Negotiate prices with clients to maintain adequate profit.
• Prepare project invoices with supporting documents and closeout reports.
• Ensure proper invoicing and compliance with QEHS&S policies.
