NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert – Investment & Blending to support EU-funded project preparation, blending and guarantee instruments, and investment pipeline development. The role involves cooperation with European and international financial institutions and coordination with Egyptian partner entities.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree and extensive experience in investment project preparation, blended finance and related mechanisms, with strong liaison

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, investment, banking, or related field.
• Arabic language desirable.
• French language an asset.

Responsabilités

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with investment project preparation, blending and/or financial guarantee instruments.
• Knowledge of EFSD+, EU blending mechanisms and cooperation with European/International Financial Institutions.
• Experience developing investment pipelines, project concepts or feasibility assessments.
• Experience liaising with financial institutions, public authorities and project promoters.
