NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert – EU Cooperation & Programme Cycle to support technical assistance assignments related to EU external cooperation, programme and project cycle management, identification and formulation of interventions, implementation support, monitoring and evaluation, and preparation of EU programme and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in international development, economics, public administration, international relations, European studies, or related field.
• Arabic language is desirable.
• French language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support EU external cooperation and programme cycle management assignments.
• Assist in identification, formulation, and implementation of interventions.
• Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and preparation of programme documents and terms of reference.
