Job summary

Apex Group, a leading fund administration and middle office services provider, is seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and manage administration across a client group. The role emphasizes proactive service delivery, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance within Private Equity fund structures.

Responsibilities include reporting production, reviews, and ensuring timely, accurate deliverables while maintaining high accounting standards and collaboration with audit teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in fund administration or similar roles.
• Knowledge of Private Equity fund structures and the fund administration industry.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for Private Equity funds.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage production of client quarterly and annual reporting and related accounting activities.
• Perform reviews of client quarterly and annual reporting and related accounting activities.
• Ensure reporting deliverables are produced and reviewed to a high standard and delivered in a timely manner.
• Review FATCA/CRS returns and oversee filing process.
• Build excellent working relationships with clients and coordinate with audit partners.
