Job summary

Nass Corporation is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning on construction projects. You will supervise electricians, coordinate with engineers, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, schedules, and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, planning manpower and materials, solving technical issues, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction, maintenance, or infrastructure projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, street lighting, utility, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation and maintenance activities.
• Allocate work assignments and monitor performance of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all electrical works follow approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Review electrical drawings, layouts, and technical documents before execution.
• Monitor project progress and report work status to management.
• Inspect completed work for quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, clients, and other disciplines.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for site activities.
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve electrical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Maintain daily work records, progress reports, and inspection documentation.
• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
• Enforce company HSE policies and safe work practices.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site personnel.
