Job summary

Nass Group & Corporation is seeking an Electrical Supervisor in Bahrain to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning on construction projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and adherence to specifications while coordinating electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.

Qualified candidates have a diploma or technical certification in electrical engineering, at least 5 years in electrical projects, and 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction, maintenance, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation and maintenance activities.
• Allocate work assignments and monitor the performance of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all electrical works follow approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Review electrical drawings, layouts, and technical documents before execution.
• Monitor progress and report work status to management.
• Inspect completed work for quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, clients and other disciplines for smooth execution.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for site activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Maintain daily work records, progress reports, and inspection documentation.
• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
• Enforce company HSE policies and conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
