Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in a similar role or industry.
• Diploma or any relevant vocational certification/degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise workshop team leader if additional work is required on a vehicle and seek assistance in rectification of faults.
• Supervise and assist with the training of apprentices when requested by senior technician or service executive.
• Maintain a high level of competence for work by undergoing on-site training and attending supplier/manufacturer courses.
• Discuss with customers problems with the vehicle as requested and ensure total involvement.
• Maintain company image of professionalism and quality of service in all customer interactions.
• Keep equipment, protective clothing and work areas clean, tidy and safe.
• Assist management with introducing new methods of work to improve efficiency.
