Systems Arabia seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives for government and large-scale organizations in Bahrain. You will gather requirements, analyze business processes, manage API integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams through Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with government organizations is required.
• Experience in the Real Estate sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of system integration, API specifications, business process reengineering, and requirements management.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.
• Consulting experience with government entities or large enterprises is highly desirable.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are preferred.
• Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply.

• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project objectives and solution requirements.
• Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and other project documentation.
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals.
• Analyze and improve business processes through process reengineering initiatives.
• Support system integration projects by defining functional requirements and API integration specifications.
• Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Participate in solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Contribute to projects delivered using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
