Job summary

Deloitte Bahrain is seeking a Senior in Audit & Assurance to lead delivery of high‑quality audits for a diverse client portfolio. You will assess risk, supervise engagement teams, and ensure compliance with international standards while building trust with clients.

This role requires 4+ years in public auditing, fluent English, and professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA or CPA. You will collaborate across onshore and offshore teams and contribute to a culture of integrity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or related field.
• Graduate degree is desirable.
• International accounting qualification is desired: CA, ACCA, or CPA. Preferably CA.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing). Arabic bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds trust and credibility with stakeholders by understanding service level expectations.
• Delivers high quality services with awareness of regulation and risk management on business processes and controls.
• Understands the scope of the engagement and key statistics for the entity before engagement begins.
• Liaises with Centers of Excellence for delivery and ensures accurate information is shared.
• Develops relationships beyond the finance function to apply professional skepticism.
