Job summary

Nass Group & Corporation in Bahrain is seeking a Security Guard to protect personnel, assets, equipment, facilities and project sites. You will monitor access, conduct security checks, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company security procedures to provide a safe working environment.

Responsibilities include patrolling, guarding gates, logging visitors, monitoring CCTV, reporting incidents, coordinating with supervisors and emergency services, and supporting crowd and traffic control

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security services or similar role.
• Experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and capable of prolonged standing and patrol duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to company premises, workshops, camps, and project sites.
• Verify the identity of employees, visitors, contractors, and suppliers entering or leaving the premises.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections to safeguard company property and assets.
• Maintain gate logs, visitor records, and vehicle movement registers.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, security breaches, accidents, or safety hazards.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and site regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, incidents, and security concerns.
• Assist in crowd control and traffic management when required.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any unusual activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors, management, and emergency services when necessary.
• Check materials, equipment, and tools entering or leaving the facility as per company procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
