Job summary

Confidential Company in Manama, Bahrain seeks a responsible Security Guard with at least 5 years of experience to maintain safety at the premises. You will monitor entry and exit points, verify identities, and deter unauthorized access.

You will conduct regular patrols, supervise CCTV and security systems, prepare daily incident reports, and assist in emergencies, evacuations, and protective measures for people and assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security roles or similar.
• Good knowledge of entry/exit control and visitor management.
• Ability to operate CCTV and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit points and verify the identity of visitors, employees and vendors.
• Maintain visitor registers, security logs and daily incident reports.
• Conduct regular security patrols to identify suspicious activities and potential security risks.
• Ensure unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems wherever applicable.
• Report suspicious activities, theft, damage or security breaches to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in managing emergencies, fire incidents and evacuation procedures.
• Ensure proper checking of vehicles, materials and goods entering or leaving the premises as per company procedures.
• Maintain discipline and follow all security rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with the security supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth security operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a similar security role.
• Minimum educational qualification as per company requirements.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, visitor management, and access control.
• Good observation skills, alertness, and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and capable of performing security patrols and standing duties.
• Honest, disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respond calmly during emergencies.
