Job summary

RemoteConnect in Muharraq Bahrain is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive revenue and lead our sales efforts on a contract basis with accommodation provided.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify and win new clients, conduct market research, prepare proposals, monitor performance and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.

Salary is 1200$, with on-site accommodation for the contract period. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Biometric passport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
• Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients highlighting the unique value proposition of our products/services.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and achieve their targets.
