Successful applicants will have a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5-10 years of relevant supervisory experience. This role is crucial for effective project execution and requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in rotating equipment supervision.
• Experience coordinating pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities.
• High commitment to HSE and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment.
• Ensure activities are executed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and subcontractors to meet schedules.

Skills

Strong hands‑on experience with pumps

Experience in oil & gas projects

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of laser/dial alignment

Ability to read mechanical drawings

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
