Job summary

Talabat is seeking a Rider Engagement Specialist to be the voice of a Rider, driving two-way communication and campaigns to boost Rider Happiness and reduce attrition. You will design engagement activities, manage budgets, and analyze data to improve rider experiences.

The role requires strong English and Arabic, 3–5 years in employee experience, and proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives, including partnerships and offline/online activities. You will report to the City Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years of experience in an employee experience role.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative engagement activities (social events, sporting events, CSR events) for Riders at city/country level in coordination with stakeholders.
• Plan budget, track spends, maximise impact and evaluate success.
• Track Rider NPS across the city(s) and analyze patterns to shape engagement activities.
• Forge partnerships to arrange freebies or subsidised goodies for Riders (fuel discounts, bike servicing vouchers, discounted meals, etc).
• Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and frequent interactions with Riders to hear issues and needs.
• Share feedback on Rider sentiment and issues with City Manager.
• Implement and regulate two-way communication channels between Riders, 3PLs and internal stakeholders.
• Be custodian for smooth offboarding/exit processes for Riders.
• Continually analyze data and assist in creating action plans and improvement initiatives.
