Job summary

Turning Point HR Solutions represents a global finance organisation based in Bahrain, seeking ITBusiness Analysts with a strong banking technology background. You will collect detailed requirements, map them to IT activities, and coordinate across SIT/UAT and training phases with clients and developers.

The role requires 5–7 years in financial IT systems, knowledge of core banking and CRM, and excellent analytical and communication skills to design robust IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from an accredited institution.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial IT systems and banking solutions.
• Experience with core banking, CRM, and channels like online/mobile banking.
• Knowledge of data processing and enterprise software applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with testing, user training, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze detailed business requirements and map them to IT activities.
• Coordinate with IT project managers across SIT, UAT, and training phases.
• Design improved IT solutions by examining client data and models.
• Provide technical recommendations for new software projects.
• Troubleshoot software issues and verify compatibility.
