Job summary

Azadea Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Shop/Department Manager in daily operations, ensuring top-tier customer service and efficient store performance in Bahrain.

The role requires leadership of Sales Associates and Coordinators, strong product knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office, with 1–2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in retail. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a managerial role; experience in retail is a plus.
• Good product knowledge and understanding of store operating procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in English.
• Deep product knowledge across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate sales plans and targets to the team, monitor performance, and suggest corrective actions to managers.
• Assign routine and non-routine tasks and assist in schedule preparation for staff and coordinators.
• Greet customers and ensure timely service in line with quality standards.
• Report operational issues and handle customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory maintenance and placement of product orders for stock availability.
• Motivate and train team members to optimize sales results and performance.
• Supervise the opening process of the shop to ensure cash handling, reporting, and systems compliance.
