Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations and service.
• Assign tasks, manage staff schedules, and monitor team performance.
• Ensure friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special customer requests.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering.
• Ensure billing, cash handling, and payment procedures are followed correctly.
• Train and guide restaurant staff to maintain service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and daily operational checks.
• Support the team during busy periods and special events.
• Report operational issues and provide updates to management.
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.
