Job summary

Talabat is seeking a proactive sales professional in Bahrain to identify and acquire new restaurant partners via cold calls, field visits, and networking. You will build a robust sales pipeline to hit monthly and quarterly targets, present our value proposition, negotiate contracts, and close partnerships while coordinating onboarding with internal teams to activate listings.

The role requires 1–3 years field sales experience, fluent English and Arabic, strong negotiation and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience in ecommerce, FMCG, or tech startups.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Fluency in English & Arabic.
• A valid driving license is must.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new restaurant partners through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Present Talabat's value proposition, negotiate contracts, and close partnerships.
• Ensure smooth onboarding with internal teams to activate listings.
• Encourage partners to upload menu photos on Talabat.
• Implement promotions, coupons, and vouchers to boost sales.
• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activity to refine strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM.
