Restaurant Manager (Isa Town, Bahrain)

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Isa Town, Bahrain. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience and that our business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances
• Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient environment for customers
• Train and supervise staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements
