Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills; English fluency required; Arabic a plus.
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and training staff.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff.
• Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations.
