Confidential is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee real estate projects in Bahrain. The role requires managing from design through completion, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and authorities, and maintaining strict budgets and schedules.

You will review architectural drawings, manage procurement, monitor site activities, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all project stages, delivering fully signed-off handovers.

Formación

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
• Proven experience managing complete fit-out or construction projects, ideally in Bahrain, from initial design through final handover.
• Strong architectural and technical knowledge, with ability to interpret drawings, review specifications, and resolve on-site design and execution challenges.
• Hands-on experience managing contractors, consultants, suppliers, budgets, procurement, and project timelines.
• Commercially aware, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
• Comfortable working on-site and coordinating directly with technical teams, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, reporting, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and accountable, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and delivering projects fully completed, inspected, and signed off.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end fit-out, renovation, and expansion projects from design through handover.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, layouts, and material selections to ensure design intent.
• Manage all project stages including space planning, procurement, site execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and authorities for smooth delivery.
• Oversee on-site activities, monitor construction progress, ensure works meet designs, quality, safety and specs.
• Manage budgets, cost estimates, procurement, variations, and contractor payments.
• Develop and monitor schedules, milestones, approvals, and delivery deadlines; resolve delays.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snagging to ensure standard compliance.
• Manage technical documentation, progress reports, risk registers, and project records.

• Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, layouts, and material selections to ensure design intent aligns with project requirements.
• Manage all project stages, including space planning, design coordination, procurement, site execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee on-site activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure all works meet approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, material procurement, variations, and contractor payments to maintain commercial control.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, approvals, and delivery deadlines, proactively resolving delays and operational issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and snagging reviews to ensure all works are completed to the required standard.
• Manage authority approvals, technical documentation, progress reports, risk registers, and project records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, defect rectification, and final handover, ensuring all outstanding items are resolved and verified before project closure.
