• 3+ years of work experience in project management focused on artificial intelligence/ machine learning industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management of Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members based on skills and capacity, monitor work-in-progress, track productivity metrics, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Review team outputs for accuracy and adherence to guidelines, provide feedback and corrections, conduct spot checks and audits, and maintain quality metrics above target thresholds.
• Track individual and team KPIs, identify performance trends and bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and report metrics to management.
• Serve as technical resource for complex project questions, clarify ambiguous cases, and maintain consistency across the team.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, highly engaged team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

As a Team Leader Project Management you will oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, leading a team of individual contributors to deliver high-quality outputs that meet client specifications and quality standards. You serve as the first line of escalation for your team and contribute to process improvements. You manage the performance, drive engagement and foster development of your team.

Key Responsibilities
