Job summary

SummitLab in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee all phases of complex projects from planning to delivery. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, develop timelines and budgets, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and at least 5 years of leadership in construction management, with strong budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Construction Manager.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Knowledge of Bahrain building codes and regulations.
• Experience with budgeting and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
