Advanced Search Group is seeking a maintenance planning professional to develop weekly schedules and outage plans for power plants. The role requires coordinating with contractors, managing service contracts, and visiting sites to determine scheduling needs. Strong analytical skills and CMMS experience are essential.

The candidate should have a diploma or B.E. in mechanical/electrical fields, with 5+ years in power/industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in power plants, petrochemical, oil & gas, or RO/desalination plants.
• Proven hands-on experience in plant maintenance and maintenance planning (mandatory).
• Solid knowledge of maintenance strategies and outage planning.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP PM or Maximo is an advantage.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and technical report-writing skills.
• Able to visit work sites independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and outage plans independently.
• Prioritize and coordinate maintenance tasks based on system demand and resource availability.
• Coordinate with contractors for the execution of maintenance jobs.
• Manage service contracts and material purchase orders.
• Visit work sites independently to assess scheduling requirements.
• Apply appropriate maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and corrective).
• Analyze maintenance data, evaluate results, and present recommendations to supervisors.
• Prepare technical reports and statistical analysis for the Power Maintenance Planning team.
• Support problem-solving by identifying the best solutions for maintenance issues.
