Job summary

Havelock One Interiors WLL is seeking a Planning Engineer to develop and manage work programs for interior fit-out projects. You will monitor progress against the plan, coordinate with clients, suppliers and contractors, and prepare detailed reports and schedules using Primavera P6.

The role requires 5 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and a solid understanding of construction processes and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out contracting.
• Attention to details and understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Successful track record across Hospitality, Hotels, High End Residential, Retail etc.
• Academic qualification in a technical discipline.
• Strong technical and commercial abilities.
• Knowledge of fit-out market trends and ability to contribute to brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare master project schedules during tender and execution stages.
• Monitor material submittal, approval, and procurement against plan.
• Record progress and forecast variances with reports.
• Attend project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate information among Client, Suppliers and Contractors.
• Develop, monitor, and update schedules in Primavera P6.
• Plan, monitor, and control resources and costs against the budget.
• Prepare cash flows, S-curves, dashboards, and manpower projections.
• Analyze delay and EOT impacts and risks.
